The Men's Nike Air Max 90 Sneakers in Light Smoke Grey/Black/Industrial Blue takes the classic Tinker Hatfield design and dresses it in a colorway that is both eclectic and harmonious. The Industrial Blue version of the Nike Air Max 90 begins with an upper base of tightly woven white mesh for lightweight breathability. White also appears on the side-panel Nike Swoosh, the mesh tongue, and the white foam midsole that houses visible Air for cushioning. A black leather overlay forms the mud guard and matches the TPU of the uppermost eyestays, laces, heel and tongue branding, and the majority of the grippy rubber outsole. The outsole also features pods of rubber in blue, a color echoed in the side panel window with Air Max branding, the branded heel tab, the mid eyestays, and the TPU surrounding the Air cassette. Our favorite color on this sneaker appears once, adding a subtle note. A gray leather overlay starts at the collar and courses around the toecap, pulling all the other colors together.
