It’s the only Defining Moments Bred Air Jordan 1 High that doesn’t have the Nike Air on the tongue, instead the "Jumpman Air" is featured, making it feel like one of the often dismissed Jordan 1 Mids. Of course if we’re talking about Air Jordan 1s in original colorways, we’re still talking about a shoe that sold out when originally released. That’s a given. However, this Air Jordan 1 Retro "Bred" colorway released as a part of the 60+ Jordan Defining Moments Pack, which featured the "Celtics" Air Jordan 1 colorway designed to celebrate MJ’s 63-point performance against Boston in Game 2 of the first round of 1986 NBA Playoffs. Though it might not have the demand of the other "Bred" AJ1 colorways, the the 2009 "Defining Moments Bred (DMP)" Air Jordan Retro 1 retailed for $225 and that price included both pairs, making it a worthy investment by anyone’s standards.
