Not bad for a shoe that started behind the wheel. Speedcat was originally built with motorsport in mind, but somewhere along the way the low-profile racer found a whole new audience. And looking at where sneaker style is right now, it makes total sense. This version takes that racing DNA and adds a little extra attitude with a smooth leather upper, contrast stitching and flame-inspired details running across the silhouette. Almost like someone took the classic Speedcat and gave it a custom touch straight from the garage. And that’s what we love about the Speedcat comeback. The shape is still sleek, the racing influence is still there, but pairs like this prove there’s a lot more room to play.
