1. What SneakerATOM is

SneakerATOM is a comparison service operated by SoMe Innovation ApS, Denmark. We aggregate footwear offers from retailer product feeds and link you to the retailers. We are not a shop: we sell nothing, take no payment from you and are not a party to any purchase you make at a linked retailer. Shop links are affiliate links, marked "Ad" · see How we earn.

2. Prices and availability

Prices, discounts, stock and sizes are supplied by retailers and refreshed regularly, but can be outdated or wrong at any moment. Currency conversions marked with "≈" are estimates based on published exchange rates. Marketplace offers (resale platforms such as StockX or KICKS CREW) are listing prices set by sellers there and can differ by size and change at any time. The retailer's checkout is the only binding source for the final price, including shipping, taxes and customs duties. Notices such as "may incur customs / import fees" are best-effort guidance, not tax advice. Voucher codes are shown as "try" suggestions and may have expired or carry conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract data from this site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access its administrative areas. Automated abuse is rate-limited and may be blocked.

4. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on shown prices or availability, from retailer conduct, or from temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

Danish law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these terms; the version published here applies.
